Newly formed Irish aircraft leasing platform Dynam Aviation Ireland has acquired two Airbus A320 aircraft with its affiliate Sato Aviation Ireland.

Each leasing company acquired one aircraft with a lease attached to Vueling Airlines.

The acquisition represents Dynam Aviation’s first transaction. The lessor intends to grow its portfolio to 30 aircraft.

“We remain focussed on our growth plans and expect to add further aircraft to our portfolio in the near future,” says Dynam Aviation’s chief executive officer Katsuhiko Ando.

The deal marks Sato Aviation’s fourth aircraft transaction.

Dynam Aviation Ireland is fully owned by Dynam Japan Holdings, a Hong Kong listed company and the leading operator of Pachinko in Japan. Sato Aviation Capital, an Irish aircraft leasing company, owns 34% of Dynam Japan Holdings.
