History
Our story began in 2016 when the Sato family (our founder and a pioneer in the pachinko* industry) established its aircraft leasing business in Ireland as Sato Aviation. This venture proved highly successful for Dynam Japan.
Based on this success, Dynam Japan made the strategic decision in 2019 to diversify its business and established Dynam Aviation, now an additional pillar of Dynam Japan’s core business.
Together with Sato Aviation, Dynam Aviation has invested in 17 narrow-body aircraft.
*Pachinko [ puh-ching-koh ] is one of the most popular forms of entertainment in Japan. Dynam Japan’s pachinko operations have expanded from just 2 pachinko halls in 1967 to become the largest operator with 450 halls in 46 prefectures across Japan (as of 21 December 2019).

Future
Our short-term strategy over the next 2-3 years is to build a 30-aircraft portfolio (20-aircraft for Dynam Aviation and 10-aircraft for Sato Aviation). This will create a stable platform from which the company can scale and become a trusted player in the aircraft leasing industry.
